1.4 3 <br />, <br />It was moved by Irgens that application of Northwestern Bell Telephone Company <br />to set one anchor at West Lcqth Street near Highway 169 be granted, seconded <br />Moore and carried. <br />Comunicationread from residents of White Oaks asked that Maple Road be oiled <br />from west 50th to West 48th <br />ceed $120.00, which was referred to President. <br />total cost to be assessed and not to ex- <br />Trustee Irgens offered the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />The Village Council of the Village of Edina does ordain as follows: <br />Section 1. That Section IV of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village <br />of Mina, passed by the Village Council on May 25th, 1931, as amended, is <br />hereby amended by adding thereto the following section, to be known as Section <br />(b-3.) : <br />“The South 170 feet of the South Half of Lot 35, except <br />the East 13 feet thereof, Auditor’s Subdivision No, 172, <br />Hennepin County, Minnesota.U <br />Section 2, This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from <br />and after its passage and publication, according to law. <br />The motion to adopt was seconded by Recorder Moore and the vote was upon the <br />question of the adoption of the resolution, wherein there were four ayes and <br />no nays, and so the resolution was adopted. <br />ATTEST: / <br />- Village Clerk - <br />Trustee Irgens offered the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution adopted by the Council a contract <br />has been let for the furnishing of allmaterials, necessary tools and equip- <br />ment and the performance of all work and labor for the construction and in- <br />stallation of water mains in, upon and along Wooddale Avenue, from its inter- <br />section with Golf Terrace to its intersection with West 55th Street, and the <br />Clerk, with the assistance of the Village Engineer, has calculated the proper <br />amount to be specially assessed for such improvement against every lot, piece <br />or parcel of land abutting upon such improvement, as provided by law, which <br />proposed assessment is now on file with the Clerk and open to public inspection, <br />now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the Village of Edina, that <br />the said work of improving said street is hereby accepted, and the Clerk is <br />directedto cause noticg, ubl’shed in h ennepin County Review that <br />this Council wil~$%$,at%d~‘ffdl~ %go e re o’~m’ ar meeting place of said council, <br />to pass upon said‘proposed assessment; that the total cost of said improvement <br />is determined to be $1785.20. <br />The motion to adopt was seconded by Recorder Moore and the vote was upon the <br />question of the adoption of the resolution, wherein there were four ayes and no <br />nays, and so the resolution was adopted. <br />ATTEST:
