Manager Hyde stated'that the Estimated <br />cost of the Watermain, based on Summer Work, is $6.56 per Assessable Foot, but <br />that bid received this morning was slightly lower than Estimate. As a part of the Public Hearings on Sanitary Sewer and Watermain <br />for streets in Edgegoor, Mr. Hosmer Brown, representing developer Stow, asked <br />that financing agreement be eased to allow for pre-payment of special assessments <br />at such time as the house is sold. (Agreement now stipulates that pre-payment be <br />made when the I& is sold).
