<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Council of the Village of Edina will

<br />meet at the Edina Village Hall on Monday, August 21, 1961 at 7200 o'clock P.M.
<br />to hear and pass-upon all objections, if any, to the proposed assessment for the
<br />above improvement.
<br />Clerk and open to public inspection.
<br />This assessment is now on file in the office of the Village
<br />STBEET IMPROVEMENT NO, 0-75A - Oil stabilized base in:
<br />Richwood Drive;
<br />Sherwood Road from Richwood Drive to Highway No. 169;
<br />Edenmoor St. from Sherwood Rd. to Richwood Dr.
<br />The area proposed to be assessed for the cost of the above improvement
<br />includes all lots and tracts of land abutting the streets improved.
<br />Assessments for Street Improvement No. 0-75A will be payable in three equal
<br />consecutive annual installments over a period of three years with first year
<br />payable with taxes for the year 1961 payable in 1962, with interest on the entire
<br />assessment at the rate of 5% per annum from the date of the resolution levying
<br />the assessment to December 31, 1962.

<br />No one appeared before the Board requesting explanation of his assessment, or for
<br />any other zeason.
<br />I Assessor Kearns presented completed Books of Valuation, totalling $2,482,963 in
<br />Personal Property; $25,222,203 in Real Estate.
<br />Tupa moved for Board approval of Books of Valuation as they now stand.
