Outlining <br />the recommendation of the League of Hennepin County Municipalities' recommendation <br />for a bill which - 1. Does not tie direct relief costs to the General Hospital Plan; <br />2. <br />and 3. Provides for suburbs to pay for county hospital on a basis.
