RESIDE <br />THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF EDINA, MINNESOTA, ORDAINS: <br />Section, 1.. Paragraph 1, Multiple, ,Re-sidence Distgict Boundaries of Section 4 <br />(Mult-sicience District ) of Ordinance Noxl of revised ordinances of the <br />Village of Edina, is hereby amended by adding the following sub-paragraph: <br />District R-2 : <br />11'(.&) Outlot Two (2), Sioux Trail Second Addition <br />Outlot One (1) , Sioux Trail Third Addition'! <br />Section 2. Mr. Peter Weiss, 5216 Grandview Lane, asked if this would make <br />a change in the Watson access and was told that W. 53rd Street, would still be the <br />primary access for the Watson property, Mr. Bite s-bated that the building meets or <br />exceeds all ordinance requirements and that the Planning Commission had recommended <br />.rezoning of the property as well as approval of the specific proposal, <br />comments were heard from the audience.
