Motion to close hearing . Zoning Ordinance: First <br />and Second Reading requires 4/5 favorable rollcall vote of all members of Council to pass. Waiver <br />of Second Reading: 4/5 favorable rollcall of all members of Council required to pass. Final <br />Development Plan Approval of Property Zoned Planning District: 3/5 favorable rollcall vote required <br />to pass. An ordinance amending Code Section 900.18, <br />Subd. 1 regarding the sale of wine in conjunction with the sale of food. <br />B. Second Reading - Ordinance No. 1995 -8. An Ordinance amending Section 1215 authorizing <br />the City to undertake certain maintenance activities in the Grandview Commercial Area and <br />assess the cost thereof to the benefitted properties. <br />IV.
