Dickson’s motion for payment of the following Claims, as per Pre- <br />List dated August 8, 1960, v7as seconded by Beim and carried: <br />General Fund $17,824.49 1.Jaterworks Fund $13,260.53 <br />Construction Fund 1 , 868.25 Liquor Fund 27,374.78 <br />Park, Park Const. & Sewer Rental Fund 633.38 <br />Swim Pool 3,191.85 Poor Fund 100.52 <br />$ 64,253.80 <br />I MINUTES of the Regular lleeting of July 25, 1960, were approved as submitted, by <br />motion Bein, seconded by Dickson and carried. <br />CONTINUATION OF JULY 2STH PUBLIC HEARINGS ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENTS FOR DLPROVENENTS. <br />Manager Hyde reported that Mr. Halcolm McDermid, 5116 Mirror Lakes Drive, who had <br />objected at the last regular meeting that Mirror Lakes Drive is receiving a double <br />“blacktop replacement” assessment on Sanitary Sewer and Watermain Improvements, is <br />now satisfied that the amended assessments, as reported in Enutes of the Meeting <br />of July 25, and whi h include $2.31 per front blacktop replacement for the sewer <br />and $.43 per front/ 8Btthe watermain, are fair and equitable. Mr. 14cDermid con- <br />curred in 14r. Hyde’s report. There were no objections registered against the <br />proposed assessments, and Pir. Hyde recommended that assessments be levied as <br />follows : <br />A.
