CONTRACT AkIARDED FOR STREET IMPROVEMENT NO. BA6$',
of two bids at the letting this morning; that of Arcon Construction Company at
$8,839.36, and that of Victor Carlson and Sons, Inc., at $9,020.57--both bids
was noted that, even at the bid of the second-low bidder, costs to the property
owner will be below estimate. Dickson's motion for award of contract to Victor
Carlson and Sons, Inc., was seconded by Tupa and carried.
