<br />Council Members Rixe, Tupa and VanValkenburg acted as the Board of Review, with
<br />VanValkenburg presiding. Village Assessor, Donald Kearns , submitted the Record
<br />of Valuations for the Year 1965.

<br />The meeting was convened promptly at 5:OO P.M. , pursuant to "Notice of Board of
<br />Review' Meeting" published in Edina-Morningside Courier on June 24 and July 1,
<br />1965, and posted on Village Bulletin Boards on June 14, 1965.
<br />I Hennepin County Supervisor of Assessments,
<br />Mr. Kearns presented present property valuations and stated that Real Estate
<br />values were assessed at $35,230,000 and Personal Property values were assessed
<br />at $2,425,000 with a total assessed valuation of $37,655,000, showing an increase
<br />of approximately $1,720,000.
