Dean Postelthwaite, Chairman of the Edina Libracy Advisory Committee <br />presented for the Council's consideration a report prepared by the Committee entitled, <br />"Edina Public Library Building Program", dated January 17, 1966 e Rev, Postlethwaite <br />noted that the report had been prepared at the Council's request and that it contained <br />the Committees' recommendations on the facilities and services that they felt should <br />be provided in the branch library proposed to replace the present facility on West 50th <br />Street at Library Lane , After reviewing earlier library recommendations prepared by <br />the Edina League of Nomen Voters, The Edina Friends of the Library, 14ra Harold Goldstein, <br />Library Consultant, and the Hennepin County Library System, Rev.
