\ 133 <br />7/5/66 <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE <br />EDINA VILLAGE COUNCIL HELD AT THE VILLAGE HACL ON <br />TUESDAY, JULY 5, 1966 <br />, <br />M 30 <br />.. <br />" <br />Members answeririg Rollcall were Trustees Johnson, MacMillan, Tupa, VanValkenburg and <br />Mayor Bredesen. <br />MINUTES of the Regular Meeting of June 20, 1966, were approved as corrected by motion <br />of Trustee Johnson, seconded by Trustee MacMillan and carried. <br />correction was that the Peacedale Ave. traffic survey indicated tkat 35% of traffic <br />exceeded the speed limit of 30 miles an hour. <br />Trustee Johnson's <br />WATSON CONSTRUCTION COMPANY GRANTED REZONING, Mr, Hyde presented Ordinance<.bNo* 261-330 <br />for Second Reading, <br />Mr. Wallace Kenneth, owner of the property to the south of the proposed apartment <br />building, that the necessary 30 foot easement will be granted, <br />being drawn up at the present time for transfer of the property, <br />Trustee VanValkenburg's question concerning the width of the right-of-way, Mr. Hite <br />replied that this road is a private drive to service the proposed apartment building <br />and that a 30 foot easement is adequate, <br />Ordinance No. 261-130 for Second Reading as follows, stipulating that publication be <br />withheld until transfer of the 30 foot easement has been consumated: <br />He stated that Wadison Construction Company has the assurance of <br />Necessary papers are <br />In answer to <br />Trustee VanValkenburg then offered <br />ORDINANCE NO. 261-130 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 261 <br />1. <br />(ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE VILLAGE OF EDINA <br />ESTABLISHING ADDITIONAL R-4 MULTIPLE RESIDENCE DISTRICT <br />THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF EDINA, MINNESOTA, ORDAINS: <br />Section 1.
