10/28/68 <br />COMPLAINTS MADE RELATIVE TO TONKA KENNELS. <br />Mrs. John L. Mortison, 6808 Southdale Road, read a letter enumerating a number of <br />complaints about Tonka Kennels and asking that these complaints be considered before <br />their contract is renewed for 1969; She recommended that unscheduled Inspections be <br />made to whomever the contract is awarded to ins.ure adequate facilities and humane <br />care. for pets which are picked up.
