Mr. Hoisington then advised that the Hallas had requested continuation <br />of the h'earing until February 2, 1970, whereupon Councilman Shawls motion to <br />continue the hearing as requested was-seconded by Councilman Johnson and <br />carried. <br />Affidavits <br />ORDINANCE NO. 261-150 GRANTED SECOND READING. Mr. Hyde advised Council that <br />First Reading for Ordinance No. 261-150 had been granted on September 5, 1967, <br />and that no objections had been raised at that time. <br />question is located ah Xerxes Avenue between Heritage Drive and W. 64th Street. <br />Because First Reading had been granted with the stipulation that Second Read- <br />ing be withheld pending action of the Board of Appeals relative to necessary <br />variances and plan approval, and in order to wait until Ordinance No. 261-156 <br />had been approved, the-ordinanFe was held over and a building permit issued <br />on April 10, 1968. MULTIPLE RESIDENCE DISTRICT <br />THE VILTAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF EDINA, MINNESOTA, ORJIAINS: I Section 1. Paragraph 1, Multiple Residence District Boundaries, of <br />Section 4 (Multiple Residence District) of Ordinance No. 261 of revised ordi- <br />nances of the Village of Edina, as amended, is hereby further amended by <br />adding the following subparagraph: <br />Di s t r ic t R- 4 : <br />"(25) Commencing at the Northeast corner of Lot Five (5), <br />Cassin's Outlots; thence South 130 feet; thence West 220 feet; <br />thence North 130 feet; thence East 221-1/10 feet to beginning." <br />Section 2.
