MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL NEETING .OF THE <br />EDINA CITY COUNCIL HELD AT CITY HRI;lL ON <br />DECEMEER 30, 1974 <br />The neeting convened at 4:30 p.m. in the Conference Roo% of thn Edina City Hall. <br />Answering rollcall were members Courtney, Schmidt, Shaw and Mayor Van Valkenburg, <br />SPLIT-LIQUOR ELECT103 BALLOTS TO BE PRINTED. <br />provisions of Ordinance No. 902 dealing with the sale of liquor in the City, <br />Council discussed generally ths <br />_. <br />&SZ Reading of which had been granted on December 2, 197.4: <br />zigreed that no Etm decisions be made on restrictions until after the Special <br />Heeting on January 13, 1975, to be held at Edina West Upper Division, Council- <br />man Courtney then moved that the Clerk be authorized to order the printing of <br />t'allots for the February 4, 1975, election.
