Affidavits of Notice were pre- <br />sented by Clerk, approved as to form and ordered placed on file. Mr. Luce pre- <br />sented the request of Mr. Calvin K. Katter to rezone the West eight feet of Lot <br />1, Block 1, Vic Adams Addition (3945 W. 49th Street) from R-1 Single Family. <br />Residence District to R-2 Multiple Residence District, which eight feet will then <br />be added to an adjacent 75 foot wide R-2 lot to allow better access to the rear <br />yard.
