' 38 MINUTES <br />OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE * <br />EDINA CITY COUNCIL HELD AT CITY HALL <br />DECEMBER 29, 1976 <br />4:30 P.M. <br />I. <br />Answering rollcall were members Courtney, Richards, Schmidt,and Nayor Van <br />Valkenburg. <br />HEALTH SERVICES CONTRACT WITH CITY OF BLOOMINGTON APPROVED, <br />that the City of Bloomington has agreed to the terms of the Health Services Con- <br />tract under which the City of Edina will pay $1.66 per capita, based on the <br />City's 1975 estimated population.
