I <br />MINUTES 23'3 <br />OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE <br />EDINA CITY COUNCIL HELD AT CITY HALL <br />AUGUST 15, 1977 <br />Answering rollcall were members Courtney, Richards, Schmidt, Shaw and lfayor Van <br />Valkenburg. <br />MINUTES of August 1, 1977, were approved as submitted by motion of Councilwoman <br />Scliniidt, seconded by Councilman. Courtney and carried unanimously. <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS CONDUCTED ON VARIOUS ASSESSMENTS. <br />sented by Clerk, approved as to form and ordered placed on file. He explained that all comments would be heard at <br />this meeting and that final action would be taken by the Council on September 12, <br />1977. Mr. Dunn assured <br />Mr. Richards that this assessment has no effect on McCauley Heights 7th Addition. <br />No objections were heard and none had been received prior thereto.
