Present also were Messrs. Tom Oye, Richard Nahoney, SteveLepinski and <br />MS. Marlene Ostegard. Hr. Rosland clarified that money for Project CHarlie is <br />spent for chemical dependency programs in the Edina schools. Councilwoman Schmidt <br />advised that the Police work quite closely with Youth Action and feel that it is a <br />worth while organization. <br />Storefront/Youth Action should be as high as the shaie paid by Richfield and Bloom- <br />kgton 6.nd that Eden Prairte should also pay its share) inasmuch as Edina contri- <br />butes fewer cas&s. Mr, Rosland recommended that Eden Prairie be told that they ' <br />would not be included if they do not contribute their share of the costs. <br />attention was called to the proposed budget for Senior Citizens.
