Mr. Rosland advised Council of a request of William%. Kirsch for con- <br />tinuation of the William and Bernice Jackson hearing on their appeal from the Board <br />of Appeals and Adjustments decision from January 8, 1979 to February 5, 1979. Mr. <br />Rosland said that he would check to find out if the Jacksons would agree to the <br />change of date and use his discretion on the request. <br />ASSOCIATION OF METROPOLITAN MUNICIPALITIES POLICY AND LEGISLATIVE PROPOSALS FOR <br />1979-1980 NOTED.
