Wold of the Planning and Progrzmming Department of <br />Hennepin County had told him that the County has no funds for acquisition of the <br />property and no time table for construction of the road. Affidavits of <br />Notice were presented by Clerk, ap.proved as to form and ordered placed on file. <br />Mr. Larsen presented an R.L.S. for Lots 9 and. 10, Deiqey Hill, for preliminary <br />approval, advising that this R.L.S., generally located South of Shannon Circle, <br />is requested because of the encroachment of a driveway on a property line. No <br />objections were heard.. Evans Meineke for a zoning <br />change from R-1 Residcntial District to R-2 Residential for Lot 2, Block 2, <br />Warden Acres, Peterson Replat, generally located South of.Grove St. and West: of <br />the MN&S Railroad tracks. He recalled that about a year ago Council had denied <br />the R-2 zoning request but that Mr. Meineke had been unable to sell his property
