Affidavits of Notice were presented <br />by.Clerk, approved as to form and ordered placed on file. Mr. Larsen recalled <br />that the Eden Place project, generally located West of York Avenue and North of <br />Parklawn Avenue had been approved by the H.R.A. and the Council on September 21, <br />1981, but that a different property configuration had subsequently been discussed <br />and agreed to by Hedherg and Sons for the project. Council was reminded that <br />the proposed size height, density and design of the proposed 98 unit senior citi- <br />zen building is unchanged, but that this new hearing is being conducted because <br />of the change in the new property description. No objections being heard, Member <br />Turner offered the amended version of Ordinance No. 811-A149 for First Reading, <br />with waiver of Second Reading, and moved its adoption as .follows: <br />ORDINANCE NO. 811-A149 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE (NO. 811) . <br />BY ADDING TO THE SENIOR CITIZEN RESIDENCE DISTRICT <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDINA, MINNESOTA, ORDAINS: <br />Section 1. Paragraph 2 of Section 12 of Ordinance 811 of the City is hereby <br />amended by zdding the following thereto : <br />"The extent of the Senior Citizen Residence District is enlarged by the <br />addition of the following property : . 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 32, Township 28, Range 24, except <br />The Northwest 1/2 of the West 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast <br />the Southerly 40 feet thereof, and the Northerly 289.54 feet of the <br />Easterly 160 feet of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section <br />32, Township 28, Range 24. <br />Secscicn 2.
