<br />rebate program for those on single coverage to use a more cost-ef.
<br />On a motion by Member Richards, and second by Member Turner, the
<br />approved a pilot incentive program for 1982 only for those non-un:
<br />on single coverage sharing with those employees a portion of the :
<br />tween being on the high cost plans(Physicians and Blue Cross) and
<br />plans (Group Health, Med Center and Nicollet-Eitel) using the ratc
<br />mended by the Manager.
