If the newspaper's <br />known office of issue is located in a county <br />adjoining the county where the mortgaged <br />premises or some part of the mortgaged <br />premises described in the notice are located, <br />a substantial portion of the newspaper's <br />circulation is in he latter county. <br />CITY OF EDINA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2019-05 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING <br />EDINA CITY CODE <br />CONCERNING PROPERTY <br />MAINTENANCE <br />THE CITY OF EDINA ORDAINS: <br />SECTION 1. Section 20-126 of <br />the Edina City Code is amended to <br />read as follows: <br />Refuse containers. Containers <br />on residential properties shall not <br />be placed or maintained in such a <br />way as to unreasonably interfere <br />with the use of the adjoining prop- <br />erty. Containers on nonresidential <br />properties shall be fully screened <br />from all lot lines, as provided by <br />chapter 36. Containers kept out- <br />side shall be placed and kept in <br />such a manner as not to permit <br />entry of or harborage for animals, <br />insects or other vermin. Contain- <br />ers on residential property shall be <br />stored in such a manner as to be <br />out of view from the street in front <br />of the premises or stored within 5 <br />feet of a dwelling unit or garage or <br />in a garage located on the prem- <br />ises except as provided hereafter. <br />Occupants of single dwelling unit, <br />double dwelling unit and town- <br />house properties may, but are not <br />required to, place refuse contain- <br />ers adjacent to the street or alley <br />adjoining the dwelling and off the <br />traveled portion of the road, but not <br />earlier than 12 hours prior to the <br />day scheduled for collection. With- <br />in 12 hours after the scheduled col- <br />lection, the containers and any ma- <br />terial not collected shall be returned <br />by the resident of such dwelling to <br />the same location designated for <br />storage by this subsection. <br />Section 2. This ordinance is ef- <br />fective immediately upon its pas- <br />sage and publication. <br />James B.
