MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE EDINA BOARD OF REVIEW <br />HELD TUESDAY, MAY 29, 1984 <br />AT 5:OO P.M., EDINA CITY HALL <br />59 <br />Answering rollcall were Members Bredesen,'Richards, Schmidt, Turner and Mayor <br />Courtney. The meeting was convened pursuant to published "Notice of Board of <br />Review" in the Edina Sun and notices posted on City bulletin boards. <br />Courtney stated that the Council Members act as the Edina Board of Review and <br />would hear those persons who considered themselves aggrieved by their property <br />valuation for assessment purposes. Carl Hansen <br />Assessor Ralph Johnson brought the Hedberg property to the attention of the Board <br />and reminded them of the low valuations placed on the property due to previous <br />Court decisions and the lack of zoning. <br />The Board Members were advised that copies of the letters submitted and data on all <br />properties presented would be delivered to them for their review. <br />- <br />No further business appearing, the Mayor announced that the meeting would be con- <br />tinued for the purpose of the Board's decisions to Thursday, June 7, 1984, at 5 p.m.
