Mr. Rosland commented that Marcella Daehn'started working <br />for the City in January of 1977 as secretary to the City Manager and was appointed <br />as City Clerk in June of 1983. He commended her for her efforts in administering <br />the General/City Election held on November 6, noting that it was an exceptionally <br />challanging election requiring paper ballots in addition to the voting machines. <br />Mr. Rosland added that there is an excellent working relationship between her and <br />all departments of City Hall. <br />her.
