EIINUTES OF TE MEETING OF THE EDINA BOARD OF REVIEW <br />HELD MONDAY, MAY 13, 1985 <br />I50 <br />AT 5:OO P.M., EDINA CITY HALL <br />Answering rollcall were Members Kelly, Richards, Turner and Mayor Courtney. <br />meeting was convened pursuant to published "Notice of Board of Review" in the <br />Edina Sun-Current and notices posted on City bulletin boards. Assessor Ralph <br />Johnson gave a brief film presentation explaining taxes, government and school <br />district budgets and how market values are determined. Mayor Courtney stated <br />that the Council Elembers act as the Edina Board of Review and would hear those <br />persons who consideredthemselves aggrieved by their property valuation for assess- <br />ment purposes or who were requesting homestead classification.
