Call To Order <br />Chair Richman called the meeting to order <br /> <br />II. Roll Call <br />Answering roll call were Commissioners Ayelomi, Johnson, Kane, McCarthy, Richman, Ruthruff <br />Absent: Commissioner Ahler, Olson, Scherer, Veluvali, Zimbwa <br /> <br />III. Approval Of Meeting Agenda <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Johnson and seconded by Commissioner McCarthy to <br />approve the agenda. All voted aye. Motion carried. <br /> <br />IV. Approval Of Meeting Minutes <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Ruthruff and seconded by Commissioner Johnson <br />approving the February 21, 2019 meeting minutes. All voted aye. Motion carried. <br /> <br />V. Special Recognitions and Presentations <br />Community Engagement Coordinator, MJ Lamon presented the new community engagement site, <br />www.bettertogetheredina.org. <br /> <br />VI. Community Comment <br />None. <br /> <br />VII. Reports/Recommendations <br /> <br />A. 2018 Pedestrian and Cyclist Safety Fund Report <br /> Planner Scipioni presented the 2018 Pedestrian and Cyclist Safety Fund Summary Report. <br /> <br />B. Proposed 2019-2020 Pedestrian and Cyclist Safety Fund Projects <br />Planner Scipioni presented the proposed 2019-2020 Pedestrian and Cyclist Safety Fund Projects <br />• Some suggestions were made in regards to the upcoming projects. <br />o Temporary bike and pedestrian facilities should be installed on W 60th St during <br />construction in Chowen Park A/B and W 58th St. <br />o Show past and future projects on one map. <br />• Comment was made about lack of equity between bike projects and sidewalk projects. <br />• Comment was made expressing the desire to view proposed projects through race & <br />equity lens <br />
