Also <br />present were Kenneth Rosland, Fran Hoffman, Marcella Daehn, Thomas Erickson, <br />Dave Ranheim, Greg Fontaine, Peter Fausch, Becky Comstock, A1 Gephart and <br />Gordon Gary. <br />The Council Members were given an update on the status of the lawsuit and <br />a potential settlement was discussed. <br />that they can expect to be re-deposed. <br />Mr. Ranheim advised the Council Members <br />No other business was discussed by the Council. <br />City Clerk
