Motion was made by Efember <br />Turner and seconded by Member Kelly to approve the minutes of the Regular Meetings <br />of October 20 and November 3, 1986 as submitted. <br />Motion carried on rollcall vote, five ayes. <br />FINAL REZONING TO R-2 DISTRICT AND FINAL PLAT APPROVED FOR KIDD ADDITION. Affi- <br />davits of Notice were presented, approved and ordered placed on file. <br />Larsen recalled that the subject property is generally located south of West 62nd <br />Street and east of Valley View Road and is a large through lot with frontage on <br />both streets. Section 6 of Ordinance No. 825 of the City is amended by adding <br />the following thereto: <br />"The extent of the Double Dwelling Unit District (Sub-District R-2) is <br />enlarged by the addition of the following property: <br />The south 180 feet of the following described parcel: <br />Lot 3, except the East 95 feet, front and rear thereof, and Lot 20, <br />except the West 75 feet thereof, all in Block 2, Peacedale Acres." <br />Sec. 2. Kidd and Becky D.
