<br />The Edina City Council held a closed meeting for the purpose of discussing labor
<br />negotiation strategy on November 12, 1987 at 4:30 p.m at Edina City Hall.
<br />Present were Members Kelly, Richards, Smith, Turner and Mayor Courtney.
<br />Staff in attendance were Manager Rosland, Assistant Manager Hughes, Assistant to
<br />Manager Smith, Fire Chief Paulfranz, Police Chief Swanson, Attorney Erickson and
<br />Clerk Daehn. Also present were John Zwakman (Dorsey firm) and Cy Smythe, Labor
<br />Relations Associates.

<br />Federal Labor Standards Act (FLSA) legislation; and 2) Clarification of
<br />arbitrator's award regarding callbacks.
