<br />Answering rollcall were Members Kelly, Richards, Smith, Turner and Mayor Courtney.
<br />CENTENNIAL UPDATE was given by Betty Hemstad and Kay Bach.

<br />Community Center, the Johnny Appleseed Bash on October 8th and Art in the Park on

<br />Member Smith for award of bid to recommended low bidder, Lake State
<br />used John Deere park tractor in the amount of $13.550.
<br />Member Smith complimented staff on the purchase of the park tractor
<br />Manager Rosland convey the appropriate thank-you.

<br />by 14 percent.
