76 MINUTES OF THE JOINT MEETING OF THE <br />EDINA HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY/CITY COUNCIL <br />HELD AT EDINA CITY HALL <br />MARCH 20, 1989 <br />A joint meeting of the Edina Housing and Redevelopment Authority and the City <br />Council was convened to consider concurrently: 1) Award of Bids - Centennial Lakes <br />Phase I - Utilities, and 2) Communication - 50th & France Business and <br />Professional Association. Action was taken by the HRA and the Council as required. <br />ROLLCALL.
