46 MINUTES <br />OF THE REGULAR WBTING OF THE <br />EDINA CITY COUNCIL HELD AT CITY HAIL <br />SEP’EMBER 18, 1989 <br />ROILCAIL Answering rollcall were Members Kelly, Paulus, Rice and Smith. Mayor <br />Pro-tem Kelly chaired the meeting in the absence of Mayor Richards. <br />CONSENT-AGENDA ITMS ADOPTED <br />Menher Rice to approve and adopt the consent agenda items as presented vith the <br />exception of the removal of item VI1.A - Boiler and Machinery Insurance. <br />Motion was made by Member Paulus and was seconded by <br />Rollcall : <br />Ayes: Paulus, Rice, Smith, Kelly <br />Motion carried. <br />*MINUTES OF THE REGULBR MEETINGS OF AUGUST 21AND SEPTEMBER 5. 1989 AND JOINT <br />€IRA/COuNGIL MEETING OF SEPTEMBER 5. 1989 APPROVED Motion vas made by Member <br />Paulus and was seconded by Member Rice to approve the Council Minutes of the <br />Regular Meetings of August 21 and September 5, 1989 and the Joint HRA/Council <br />Meeting of September 5, 1989. <br />Motion carried on rollcall vote, four ayes. <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS CONDUCTED ON SPECIAL ASSESSIENTS Affidavits of Notice were <br />presented, approved and ordered place on file. <br />public hearings were conducted and action taken as hereinafter recorded on the <br />following proposed assessments: <br />Due notice having been given, <br />Assessment approved by motion of Member Rice, seconded <br />carried unanimously.
