If the newspaper's <br />known office of issue is located in a county <br />adjoining the county where the mortgaged <br />premises or some part of the mortgaged <br />premises described in the notice are located, <br />a substantial portion of the newspaper's <br />circulatio is in the latter county. <br />CITY OF EDINA <br />HENNEPIN COUNTY, <br />MINNESOTA <br />SUMMARY ORDINANCE <br />NO. 2019-10 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING <br />CHAPTER 20 OF THE <br />EDINA CITY CODE <br />CONCERNING LARGE <br />BUILDING BENCHMARKING <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, <br />on June 4, 2019, Ordinance No. <br />2019-10 was adopted by the City <br />Council of the City of Edina, Min- <br />nesota. <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN <br />that, due to the lengthy nature of <br />Ordinance No. 2019-10, the fol- <br />lowing summary of the ordinance <br />has been prepared for publication <br />and approved by the City Council <br />as authorized by state law. Chapter <br />20 was amended by adding Article <br />XI to begin benchmarking energy <br />efficiency of buildings through the <br />collection of data that will be used <br />to compare energy use of liked <br />buildings and understanding the <br />efficiency of a building compared <br />to its peers. Beginning August 1, <br />2019, all city-owned properties, <br />beginning June 1, 2020 all Class <br />1 and 2 covered properties, and <br />beginning June 1, 2021, all Class 3 <br />covered properties shall be bench- <br />marked for the previous calendar <br />year and obtain an energy perfor- <br />mance score.
