All agenda items marked with an asterisk <br />( *) and in bold print are Consent Agenda items and are considered to be routine and will be enacted by one <br />motion. There will be no separate discussion of such items unless a Commissioner or Council Member or <br />citizen so requests, in which case the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda ar d considered in its - <br />normal sequence of the Agenda. <br />* I. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - Regular Meeting of September 5, 1995. <br />II. PUBLIC HEARING ON VACATION OF UTILITY AND DRAINAGE EASEMENT - Affidavits of <br />Notice by Clerk. Presentation by Engineer. Public comment heard. Motion to close hearing. <br />If Council wishes to proceed action by resolution. 3/5 favorable rollcall vote required to pass. <br />* A. Final <br />Development Plan Approval of Property Zoned Planned District: 3/5 favorable rollcall vote required <br />to pass. Conditional Use Permit: 3/5 favorable rollcall vote required to pass. <br />A. Preliminary Rezoning R -1 Single Dwelling Unit District to POD-1 Planned Office District - <br />Especially for Children - 5015 West 70th Street. <br />B. Preliminary Plat Approval - Kunz Oil Company and Lewis Engineering Company - 5200 Eden <br />Circle and 5229 Eden Avenue. <br />C. Final Development Plan - Kunz Oil Company - 5200 Eden Circle. <br />IV. AWARD OF BIDS <br />A. Emergency Repair - Well No. 9. <br />* B. Backhoe /Breaker Rental. <br />
