RE: EASEMIIJTS — YOUR M1M0 SEPTEMBER 16
CONCORD AVE. EASEMENTS: Talked again today with Virgil Hill
of Dorsey,Co] man, etc. He states that Kate Wind easement is
in office. Grade Wind has promised to forward easement but has
not yet done so. He recommends no condemnation action because
he believes he will have no trouble getting this easement.
Note: Mr. Hill just called back. Sags easement is signed,
and he will pick it up this evening.
VIRGINIA AVE. ADDITION EASEMENTS: I do not have them, and
in checking with Fred Jonas, find that the last time he saw
them was some time ago, in your office, when Mr. Jacobs was
present. If you will please give the easements to me, I'll
be glad to forward them right away. (I have no idea where
to look for them in your office.

taHEREAS, The undersigned, Kate Wind, is the owner of the premises
hereinafter described situated in the Village of Edina, County of Hennepin.'

VMEREAS, the undersigned is desirous of having a water main con-
structed and thereafter maintained;
NOW, THEREFORE, In consideration of the premises and of the sum of
One Dollar ($1.00), to me in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, I, the undersigned, hereby give and grant unto the Village of
Edina, a municipal corporation organized and existing under the laws of the
State of Minnesota,;a perpetual easement fifteen (15) feet in width, for the
purpose of laying and maintaining therein a water main, on the following
described premises:
The Nest Fifteen (15) feet of the North Fifty (50) feet of the
South Six Hundred Eleven and Twenty -one One- Hundredths (611.21)
feet of the Southeast Quarter (SED of the Northwest Quarter
(NW�) of Section Nineteen (19), Township Twenty -eight (28),
Range Twenty -four (24),'according to the map or plat thereof
on file and of record in the office of the Register of Deeds
