It is the intention and agreement of the x7arties hereto that the party
of the secr►nd part shall in the construction, or maintenance of said storm sewer
replace any shrubs or sod removed by any excavation in connection with such con-
struction or maintenance work, in as nearly as possible the same condition as
before such excavation.
EASEMENT
WHEREAS, The undersigned, Victory Homes, Inc., a Minnesota corporation organized
and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota, is the owner of the premises
hereinafter described, situated in the Village of Edina, County of Hennepin, State of
Minnesota, and
I-MMAS, Said premises are within what is known as "Colonial Grove Golf Terrace,
Storm Sewer District No. 19 ", heretofore created in said Village and with others, the
undersigned is desirous of having said sewer line constructed and thereafter main-
twined for the service of its property*
