M 0- �f TURNAROUND EASEMENT This Instrument, made this AD day of ' 1953, between RUTH M. JOHNSON, single, of the County of Hennepin nd State of Minnesota, party of the first part, and the VILLAGE: OF EDINA, a municipal corporation of the County of Fennepin and State of Minnesota, party of the second part; WITNESSETH, That the said party of the first part, in consideration of One and No /100 ($1.00) Dollars, to her in hand paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does Grant, Bargain, Sell and Convey to said party of the second part, an Easement for the purpose hereinafter set forth, in and over the following described property situated in the Village of Edina, County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota, to —wit: An Easement for a temporary turnaround over the segment of that part of a circle in Lot 16, Block 1, Peacedale Acres, Hennepin County, Minnesota, adjacent to and West of the West line of Halifax Avenue as opened. The diameter of said circle being 100 feet, the center point being 50 feet North of the Southeast corner of said Lot 16 and 10 feet East of the East line thereof measured at right angles thereto. It is the intention and agreement of the Parties hereto that the party of the second part shall in the construction, or maintenance, of said utilities, replace the surface after any excavation in connection with such construction or maintenance work, in as nearly as possible the sae condition as before such excavation. The duration of this easement shall be perpetual. The party of the first part hereby covenants and warrants that she has good title to said real estate and that she will warrant and defend the said easement and the enjoyment in use thereof to the party of the second part; and the party of the first part makes that warranty for herself, her heirs and assigns forever. This Easement is given to correct the description, contained in that certain Easement recorded in .Book 1958 of Deeds, Page 548.
