St *te of Minnesota, parties of the first part and the VILLAGE OF EDINA, a municipal
corporation, under the laws of the State of Minnesota, party of the second part
WITNESSETH, that the said parties of the first part, in consideration of the stet
of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration to them in hand paid
by the party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby

The purpose of this Deed is to convey the above described premises to the second
party for roadway purposes only.

thereunto, and belonging or in anywise appertaining to the said party of the second
part, its successors and assigns, Forever.
