Ms Indenture, made this day of , 1953, between
SAMUEL NELSON, a widower, of the County of H nnepin and State of Minnesota, party of
the first part and the VILLAGE OF EDINA, a municipal corporation under the laws of the
State of Minnesota, party of the second parts,
WITNESSETH, that the said party of the first part, in consideration of the sum of
One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration to them in hand paid by
the party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby

party for roadway purposes only.

QUIT CLAIM DEED

the first part and the VILLAGE OF EDINA, a municipal corporation under the laws of the
State of Minnesota, party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the said party of the first part, in consideration of they ease of
One Dollar ($1,00) and other good and valuable consideration to them in hand paid by
the party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does ' hereby
Grant, Bargain, Quitclaim and Convey unto the said party of the second part, its Success-
ors and assigns, Forever, all the tract or parcel of land lying and being in the County
of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, described as follows, to -wits
All that portion of the South Fifty -four and Ninety -nine One hundredths (54.99)
feet of the North One Hundred Sixty -four and Ninety -seven One hundredths (164.97)

described tract of lands
Commencing at a point Four Hundred Four (404.0) feet West of the East line of Sec-
