QUIT CLAIM DEED
This Indenture, made this day of (11r, 1953, between
`GEORGE HANAENand JENNIE HANSEN, husband and fe, of the C ty of Hennepin and State
of'Minnesota, parties of the first part and the VILLAGE OF EDINA, a municipal corporation
under the laws of the State of Minnesota, party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the said parties of the first part, in consideration of the sum of
One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration to them in hand paid by
the party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby Grant,
Bargain, Quitclaim and convey unto the said party of the second part, its successors
and assigns, Forever, all the tract or parcel of land lying and being in the County of
Hennepin, State of Minnesota, described as follows, to -wit:

Section 19, Township 20 North, Range 24 West, which is within the following
described tract of land:
Commencing at a point Four Hundred Four (404.0) feet West of the East line of
Section 19, Township 28 North, Range 24 West, and Three Hundred Thirty (330.0)
` feet South of the North line of said section; thence East parallel to the North
line of said section, a distance of 50 feet; thence in a Southeasterly direction
to a point Two Hundred Ninety -eight (298.0) feet West of the East line of said
section and One Thousand Thirty --nine and Ninety-four Hundredths (1039.94) feet
South of the North line of said section; thence West parallel to the North line
of said section, a distance of 50 feet; thence in a Northwesterly direction to

The purpose of this Deed is to convey the above described premises to the second
party for roadway purposes only.
