QUIT CLAIM DEED
This Indenture, wade this J&day of 1953, between
D. C. BEARD, 411k., and VIRGINIA E. BEARD, husboaand wife, of the County of Hennepin
and State of Minnesota, parties of the first part and the VILLAGE OF EDINA, a municipal
corporation, under the laws of the State of Minnesota, party of the second parts
WITNESSETH, that the said parties of the first part, in consideration of the sum
of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration to them in hand paid
by the party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby
Grant, Bargain, Quitclaim and convey unto the said party of the second part, its success-
ors and assigns, Forever, all the tract or parcel of land lying and being in the County
of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, described as follows, to -wit:
All that portion of the North One Hundred Thirty (130.0) feet of the South Two
Hundred Thirty (230.0) feet of the North j of the South j of the Northeast 4 of
the Northeast 4 lying East of the center of Minnehaha Creek in Section 19,
Township 28 North, Range 24 West, which is within the following described tract
of land:

Commencing at a point Four Hundred Four (404.0) feet West of the East line of
Section 19, Township 28 North, Range 24 West, and Three Hundred Thirty (330.0)
feet South of the North line of said section; thence East parallel to the North
� f line of said section, a distance of 50 feet; thence in a Southeasterly direction
V to a point Two Hundred Ninety -eight (296.0) feet West of the East line of said
section and gne Thousand Thirty -nine and Ninety-four Hundredths (1039.94) feet
South of the North line of said section; thence West parallel to the North line
of said section, a distance of 50 feet; thence in a Northwesterly direction to
the point of beginning, all according to the United States Government survey
thereof.
The purpose of this Deed is to convey the above described premises to the second
party for roadway purposes only.
