municipal corporation under the laws of the State of Minnesota, party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, That the said parties of the first part, in consideration of the sun
of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration to them in hand paid
by the said party of the second part, the receipt where of is hereby ackr4awle , do
