We enclose herewith verified claim signed by Grace
Wind. We have obtained the appropriate $asement (constituting
the North Half of 58th Street West of Wooddale Avenue) and have
sent it to the Register of Deeds to be recorded. As soon as
it is returned we will see that it is delivered to you. However,
this completes this transaction and the Village may proceed to
construct the water main on the land covered by the easement.
