RESOLUTION VACATING STREET
WHEREAS, petition of a majority of the owners of real property
abutting that portion of Test 51st Street between Oxford Avenue and the
West Section Line of Section Twenty-eight (28), Township One Hundred and ,
Seventeen (117), Range Twenty -one (21), has been duly filed with the
Village Council; and said Council has met at the time and place specified
in a notice duly published and posted and has heard all interested persons,
and it appears in the interest of the public that said portion of said
street be vacated, now therefore
BE IT RIZOLVBD by the Village Council of the Village of Edina that
that portion of 'test 51st Street between Oxford Avenue and the West 'Section
Line of Section Twenty -eight (2$), Township One Hundred and Seventeen (117),
Range Twenty -one (21), and as the same is now dedicated and laid out within
the corporate limits of the said Village of Edina, is hereby vacated.
