An easement in and over a strip of land ten (10) feet in width,
extending five (5) feet on each side of a line, extending thirteen
(13) feet easterly from and parallel to the rear or westerly lines
of Lot Seven (7), Block Eleven (11), Browndale Park, excepting the
north twenty -six (26) feet thereof, and all of Lot Eight (8), Block
Eleven (11), Browndale park, according to the plat thereof on file
and of record in the office of the Register of Deeds of said Hennepin
County, Yinnesota said easement being more particularly described as
the free right to enter upon said premises, excavate the soil and
construct amd install therein a storm sewer, to replace the excavated
soil and maintain said sewer forever, with sufficient soil above
the same to prevent the freezing of liquids therein, for the passage
and drainage of storm and surface water, including the right to enter,
upon said premises at all reasonable times for the purpose of repair -
ing, cleaning and maintaining the said sewer.
It is understood that party of the second part will restore the surface
of thesoil where excavated as nearly as possible to its condition
before such excavation promptly after the work is completed.
