WHEREAS, The undersigned, Willard S. Sayles and Amy Helen Sayles,
husband and wife, are the owners of the property hereinafter described,
situated in the Village of Edina, County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, Said premises are within what is known as "Colonial Grove
Golf Terrace, Storm Sewer District No. 19 ", heretofore created in said Village
and with others, the undersigned are desirous of having said-sewe-raiPA 'con-

Block Three (3), Golf Terrace Heights, 1st Addition, according
to the map or plat thereof on file and of record in the office
of the Register of Deeds in and for Hennepin County, Minnesota.
It is understood that said sewer will be constructed and thereafter
maintained as nearly as may be in the location upon said premises established
