S bd. #176 Will Gordon tunicipal cor� oration organised under the laws of the State of Minnesota, )arty of the second part, WITNESSETH: That the said parties of the first part, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration, to them in hand paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged., do hereby Grant, Bargain, quitclaim and ;onvey unto the said party of the second part, its successors and assign a perpetual easement for the purpose of installing and constructing a grater main over, across and under that certain Tract of land lying and being in the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota, described as fol logs, to -wit he South Fifteen feet (151) of the North One Hundred fifty -one and twenty -nine hundredths feet (151.291) of Lot Fifty -two (52), Auditor's Subdivision No, 176, j` according to the map or plat thereof on file and 6f record in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for said Hennepin County, Minnesota, said easement to be of the necessary depth for the construction, instal', tion, operation, maintenance and repair of a water main in, under and u] the above,deporibed Fifteen foot (151) strip, together with a right to reasonable access over and across said premises to inspect said water a and to repair maintain or reconstruct the same. 3ook-l5 -Pan,_ 438 T is conveyance is given subject to the condition that the mainder of the property owned by the grantors herein in Lot Fifty -taro Auditor's Subdivision No. 1761 shall not be assessed for the water main - -a 4-u- iia-ra3M ahall gave the right to make above, part of the cost of constructing the -rater main may be collected from the grantors as a connection charge.
