E A S E M E N T
THIS INDENTURE, Made this 9th day of March, 1953, between Olson & Song
Concrete Products Co., a co- partnership consisting of Stanley A. Olson and
Bennie 0. Olson, as co- partners, Harry A. Mattson and Selma V. Mattson, his
wife, Axel E. Carlson and Julia E. Carlson, his wife, and Eva Stow and Edward
C. Stow, her husband, of the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota, parties:
of the first part, and the Village of Edina, a municipal corporation, in the
County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota, party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, That the said parties of the first part, in consideration
of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration,
to them in hand paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt where-
of is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant to said second party an easement
for the purpose of installing and maintaining wtbrm ee*em in, over and upon
that certain land lying and being in the County of Hennepin and State of
Minnesota, described as follows. to -wits
The Southeasterly five (5) feet, of Lot 122 Block 1. Brookview
Heights lst Addition," being a strip of land five (5) feet wide,
One Hundred Nine and Thirty -five One Hundredths (109.35) feet in
length, lying westerly of and adjacent to the Southeasterly
boundary line of said Lot 12, and the Northwesterly five (5)
feet of Lot 13, Block 1� "Brookview Heights 1st Addition., being
a strip of land five (5) feet wide, One Hundred Nine and Thirty -
five One Hundredths (109.35) feet in length, lying Easterly of
and adjacent to the Northwesterly boundary line of said Lot 73.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, the said parties of the first part have hereunto
set their hands the day and year first above written.
