Klnnesota, as Granters, and Village of Edina, of the County of Hennepin
and State of Minnesota,as Grantee,
WIMMSSETE, Mat the said granters, is consideration of the sax of one dollar

improve the same free and clear of all encumbrances, the following land

of Edina, its successors and assigns, from all claims of any and all damages
resulting to the land through and across which the parcel of land hereby
conveyed is located by reason of the location, grading, construction,
maintenance, and use of a public highway over and upon and the removal of
materials from the premises hereby conveyed and from the uses incidental
thereto, and the Village of Edina shall have the right to use and remove all
earth and other material lying upon the land adjoining the parcel hereby
conveyed such as portable snow fences during such months as weather conditions
asks necessary.
It is understood that in case the above described preaises are not used for
highway purposes within a period of ton (10) years from date hereof, that the
property shall revert to the then record owner, and further if the property
is used for highway purposes and at a future date is vacated by the Village
of Edina, the property then shall also revert to the then record owner.
